Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the details you provide: name, company, business email, country or region, requested ingredient, estimated quantity, request type, optional phone, website, application, document request and message. We also create an inquiry ID and record submission time, the verified current page URL, UTM values, referrer domain and an IP hash for security and attribution.
We do not ask for passports, national ID numbers, payment-card details or other data that is not needed to review a sourcing request.
Why we use this information
We use inquiry data to respond to sourcing, sample and document requests; evaluate whether we can support the request; maintain service records; prevent abuse; and understand how buyers find our public site. We do not sell personal information and we do not use inquiry contents for advertising profiles.
Cookies and analytics
Essential technical storage may be used for site operation and form security. The current site does not enable advertising cookies. If Google Analytics, advertising, maps, fonts or other third-party services are enabled later, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required before placing non-essential cookies.
Sharing, security and retention
