Procurement
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options, transit estimates and export documents are confirmed for the specific product, quantity, destination and applicable trade requirements before an order is placed. The ranges below are typical planning figures, not delivery guarantees.
Transit options
Sea freight
Usually suitable for larger-volume orders where freight cost is the priority. Typical transit can range from 1 to 5 weeks depending on route, port and customs processing.
Air freight
Often considered for commercial orders and time-sensitive cargo. Typical transit can range from 7 to 10 business days after dispatch, subject to carrier and destination conditions.
Express courier
Often suitable for paid samples, R&D trials and urgent smaller shipments. Typical door-to-door transit can range from 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Before quotation
Confirm the product specification, documents, packaging and destination requirements before an order is placed. Processing begins after commercial and payment terms are confirmed. Internal quality review and packing time vary by product and order. Any date given in a quotation supersedes the ranges on this page.
Documents and consignee details
Commercial invoices, packing lists and other export documents are prepared from the confirmed order. Provide accurate consignee, address and contact details so the documents match the confirmed shipment.
Important notes
- Carrier schedules, customs controls, weather, holidays and peak seasons can affect transit.
- Some ingredients or destinations require additional documents or may not be serviceable.
- Check the excluded countries list before requesting a quotation or paid sample.
